Need to file for divorce?

Not all divorces require expensive lawyers. If you and your spouse agree to end the marriage peacefully — and you both agree on all important decisions such as property, money, debt, and any child‑related matters — you may qualify for an uncontested divorce. An uncontested divorce means both spouses agree on everything. There is no fighting, no court hearings, and no need for an attorney.

You can file this type of divorce on your own, or we can help by preparing the paperwork, organizing your documents, coordinating a process server if needed, and submitting everything correctly and on time. We do not give legal advice or act as attorneys; we only provide administrative support for simple, agreed‑upon divorces.

Uncontested Divorce = No Lawyer Needed (If Both Agree)

When both spouses agree on all terms, the court allows a simple, paperwork‑only divorce. This means:

  • no hearings
  • no fighting
  • no legal arguments
  • no attorney strategy
  • no court battles

In these cases, the court only needs correct paperwork, not legal representation.
